- What does it mean to guarantee interoperability?
Interoperability is a software’s ability to interact with other IT systems. The aim is to make the interaction, exchange, and reuse of information possible, even between two different IT systems.
As for the digital archive sector, interoperability means the possibility to migrate content through either the export or import of data.
- I am afraid of losing my data. What are the best practices that I can implement to reduce this risk?
To make sure you don’t lose your data, you need to make sure you create a backup on at least three servers in three different geographic areas
to reduce the damage deriving from issues with one of the servers.
